BYTOSI – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the return conditions below.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

  • Free from damage caused by the customer


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or complimentary items

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

  • Replacement items provided under warranty


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@bytosi.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request supporting photos to assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation because processing may have already begun.
