BYTOSI – Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered at Bytosi.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified in such cases.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
5. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes after placement.
After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
